Property Description

So many great things about this house on a quiet street with no HOA! A beautiful updated brick home sitting on 3 full flat acres with a new roof, a 3/4 fenced in back yard with a gunite in ground pool and a basketball/pickle ball court. This yard is loaded with tea olives, wisteria, magnolias and other plants, some brought in from the Augusta National. Two huge selling points are the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; a gas cooktop; and hardwood flooring which overlooks the backyard pool. Second are the double screened porches, mainly the large side screened porch to spend most of your time hanging out with friends and family or drinking your morning coffee. The large master suite is located on the main floor and is attached to a master bath with double vanities and a large open style tiled shower. Not to mention the huge separate walk in closet. The sunken den includes large ceiling beams that continues up to an open loft area with a half bath, perfect for kids and their friends. The the front living room brings in lots of light. Also of mention are the dining room with a large window overlooking the pool, the breakfast room situated between both screened porches, and a large laundry room with brick flooring which is attached to another half bath. Upstairs, you will find three more guest bedrooms and a full bath. It is hard to find this type of well maintained home with a pool, acreage and size. Don't miss this one!
